Asked if Plymouth thought they could win 1-0 when they were up, Muslić replied: “Of course why not? We deserved the lead because we were disciplined and took our chances from corners. Unfortunately we conceded at the end of the first half but that’s how it is and we tried everything until the last second.”
On the Championship’s relegation battle: “This will give us more confidence. I’ve only been here eight or nine weeks and the first message I sent to the team was that it should be difficult for the teams that play against us. We are going to be annoying and cause trouble. We proved that tonight, so this is a step we can take.”
