For this reason, Torino have reportedly opened an offer of €8m to sign Vlasic on a permanent basis.
It is reported to be a negotiable fee, but Torino have decided they will not pay €13m to bring the Croatian permanently.
Vlasic, 25, has scored five goals and provided six assists in 35 appearances across all competitions this season. He only played for West Ham one season after moving from CSKA Moscow for €30 million in 2021
