The Bucks’ current situation is not looking like a championship contender with other pillars like Khris Middleton or Brook Lopez fading, a lack of consistency since the arrival of guard Damian Lillard, or even doubts about head coach Doc Rivers. 

The media believes that if the 2024-25 season shows signs of bad signs, Giannis may request a trade, possibly before the deadline early next year or during the off-season. 

The 29 -year-old is currently on a $ 48.7 million deal through this season and has already agreed to a three- year, $ 175 million extension , so the Warriors will be challenged to find a viable trade deal.
