The Tennessee Titans have granted Jamal Adams’ request by allowing the 29-year-old safety to be released after just three games, NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo reports.  thaisiambet

Adams has played in three games with the Titans this season, starting once, making four tackles in just 20 snaps. Those numbers are a far cry from the three-time All-Pro player who played for the New York Jets before being traded to the Seattle Seahawks in 2020. 

Adams was limited to 10 games in 2022-23 due to injuries before being released from the team and signing a one-year deal with the Titans this past offseason. However, he struggled to play much and was eventually released. ( thaisiambet )
