La Liga has temporarily allowed Barca to register the player until the end of the calendar year, as the Blaugrana are still struggling to settle their negative financial statements. 

That leaves Barcelona with less than a week to clear themselves of the possibility that the Spanish Football Federation could block Olmo’s registration under the rules.
