French media previously reported that Paris Saint-Germain could face punishment after the club’s fans showed homophobic behavior, singing songs mocking Adrien Rabiot and Olympique Marseille during a Ligue 1 match between PSG and Strasbourg.

The French professional football league (LFP) recently punished PSG by closing the Auteli stand, which will take effect in the game against Toulouse on November 22.

This is not the first time that PSG have been ordered to close their stands, as in September 2023 the disciplinary committee punished similar cases and also banned four players for taking part in slurs.

The latest punishment is not a severe one as PSG were ordered to close some of the stands and were not fined. ( Messi1688  )
