Las Vegas Raiders defensive end Max Crosby revealed on his podcast that he believes Aaron Rodgers will bounce back in the 2025 season and sees the Blackhawks as the perfect place for the 41-year-old.  popslot

Rodgers is parting ways with the New York Jets after two seasons with Gang Green, and the 41-year-old quarterback has been linked to the New York Giants, who are looking for more experience, and Crosby believes Rodgers would be a good fit for the Jets.

“The first year after a torn Achilles tendon is one of the hardest things to do,” Crosby said of Rodgers’ disappointing 2024 season. “I think with all the doubt, all the negativity around Aaron Rodgers, ‘Oh, he’s got to retire,’ and stuff like that, he’s going to be cut by the Jets. I think he’ll be back. I know he’s 42, 41, but I think he’s going to have a big year this year, and I hope it’s in our city.”

Rodgers played the worst football of his career in 2024, but Crosby said his 2023 Achilles injury was a major factor, and a healthy and motivated Rodgers will be a different player in 2025. 

“I think this year, healthy and fully prepared in the offseason, I predict he’ll have a great year,” Crosby said.

The Raiders previously tried to bring in Matthew Stafford from the LA Rams before the 36-year-old quarterback decided to work with head coach Sean McVay for at least another season.  ( popslot )
