    The 19-year-old decided to move to Germany on loan in the January transfer window after Unai Emery signed Andres Garcia, with the view that his already limited game time would be further reduced.

    Although he said he was relieved to be leaving the “Singha”, his stay with Leipzig was not smooth as he was given the opportunity to play only 36 minutes from being a substitute in 3 matches. However, Rose sees Nedelkovic as a long-term plan.

    “He gives Leipzig what we look for: strength, good technique, hard work and a great pace at full-back,” Rose said.

    “He still has a lot of potential to develop and of course I have faith in myself to play this boy from the start – we are in the middle of a transition that we have started for two years now.” ( pony88 )
