After the defeat in this game, it was reported that the team’s bus “Reds” was thrown with a brick while leaving the field until a crack in one of the windows. But no one was hurt.
“Following today’s Premier League match between Manchester City and Liverpool, GMP (Greater Manchester Police) received a report of damage to a Liverpool bus,” police said in a statement.
“The incident was reported to have occurred at 3:40pm on Ashton New Road, near the junction of Rowsley Street.”
“There were no reports of injuries and the Liverpool bus was able to continue on. Manchester Police have now launched an investigation to identify and locate the perpetrator.
