New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers has revealed that if he were to play through the 2025 season, it would be with Gang Green more than any other team, but he admitted that there are still many factors that will affect his decision on his future, according to NFL Network. pgzen

“I feel like I’ve been that way for years,” Rodgers said. “When you’re 40, 41, you’re at the end of your career. There’s a lot of things, obviously. If it’s New York, they still want me here. They have a new general manager, they have a new staff, they all want me to be with the Jets. Physically, I’ll have to see how I feel and if I want to sign a contract to go back and do things like that.”

‘It feels good. I’m healthy now. If I can stay healthy all year and play the way I want to and everyone feels good about bringing me back, then the decision will be made. If not, there are other options. I think right now I’m open to everything and not holding onto anything.’

According to a separate report from NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, no decision has been made on Rodgers for next season, and the 40-year-old quarterback’s play this offseason could weigh on the final decision.

“As for my future, I’ve never told anybody in my life that I want to play in 2025, not with the Jets,” Rodgers said. “So that’s 100 percent false. I said the opposite. I said I’m going to wait and see what happens at the end of the season.”

‘If they wanted me back, what would happen with (interim head coach Jeff Ulbrich), what would happen with the offensive staff and certainly the general manager at the time, they had just fired Joe (Douglas), there were a lot of things that were out of my control when it came to that.’

‘But I really enjoyed my time in New York. Obviously we didn’t have the success that everyone wanted, but I built good friendships in the team. I enjoyed living in New Jersey, I enjoyed my time in the city, I enjoyed getting to know the fans.
