The Citizens drew 3-3 at home to Feyenoord in the Champions League’s fifth round stage on Tuesday night, with Man City leading 3-0 but having to draw, leaving them with eight points. 

“The game looked good at 3-0, we played well but after that we conceded goals because we were not consistent. We let them (Feyenoord) score the first goal and the second goal, that’s why it was difficult.

“We lost a lot of games in the past. We were fragile and wanted to win. The game went well with confidence. We played at a good level. But something happened for the first time and we had problems.

“I don’t know if it was a mentality issue or not. The first goal (conceded) couldn’t have happened. The second goal as well. After forgetting what happened, we wanted to win and did well. We did well but couldn’t win.
