Newcastle are reportedly open to signing Nunez this summer, having previously been interested in the player before the Saudi Arabian consortium PIF took over. ( mungmee168 ) 

But this time, there may be interest again if Callum Wilson leaves the team. It is expected that Nunez will cost around 60 million pounds. 

There were previously rumors that there might be an offer to exchange Nunez for Alexander Isak plus cash, but this offer was rejected.

For Nunez, he moved to Liverpool in 2022 for £85m. In the 2024-25 season, he has played 37 matches, scoring 6 goals and providing 6 assists.
