    The Three Lions are through to the European Championship finals again after the last time out they faced Italy but lost in a penalty shootout. This year Gareth Southgate’s team was disappointed again after losing 1-2 to Spain. The game was watched by Prince William, Prince of Wales and Chairman of the Football Association. ( superwin636 )

    After the defeat, King Charles III sent a message of sympathy to the England men’s football team in a statement released by Buckingham Palace: “While victory may not be with you tonight, my wife and I, together with all our family, are with you to lift your heads up and your support team.”
