Liverpool were under pressure for most of the game at the Parc des Princes, with PSG having 27 shots and 10 on target, but all were denied by a superb Alisson. ( Kindee1688 ) 

The legendary former goalkeeper, now a football pundit, interviewed Alisson after the game and hailed it as one of the best saves he has ever seen.

“I think it was one of the best performances by a goalkeeper I have ever seen in my life,” Schmeichel said.

“Without you, Liverpool could have lost 3-0,” Schmeichel told the Liverpool goalkeeper.

The praise from Schmeichel is huge given he is one of the greatest goalkeepers to have ever played and the praise for Alisson’s performance only reinforces the belief that the 32-year-old Liverpool keeper remains the best in the world.
