“The ticket to the team is the readiness to play defensively. I’ve never heard of a successful team with a sloppy defense. It didn’t happen,” said Klopp.
“He’s a good player. You could see he was useful, fast, a typical finisher, right around there, quick nose and scoring goals.
“It’s the same for Darwin and the other strikers, I know all about the quality they have. And they have to do both. Play defensively and influence all offensive situations.”
