Inter Milan are set to begin their search for a new manager after it was confirmed Simone Inzaghi will leave the club after four years in charge, moving to Saudi Arabian giants Al Hilal.
Inzaghi’s final season with the club was not so pretty, finishing as runners-up in three trophies, after their last hopes in the UEFA Champions League were crushed by a humiliating 5-0 defeat to Paris Saint-Germain.
Fabrizio Romano, a famous Italian journalist, revealed that Inter Milan have considered two candidates to take over as new coach from Inzaghi: Cesc Fabregas of Como and Roberto De Zerbi of Olympique Marseille.
doohee Cesc has attracted interest from teams including Roma and Leverkusen after leading newly-promoted Como to a 10th-place finish in the table, while De Zerbi led Marseille to a runner-up finish in Ligue 1. ( doohee )
