123over Werder Bremen’s surplus midfielder Naby Keita is set to join Hungary’s Ferencvaros on loan. 123over
Keita joined Werder Bremen on a free transfer from Liverpool last summer after injury problems limited him to just 49 Premier League appearances during his five years at Anfield.
But Keita’s return to the Bundesliga was not a pretty one, playing only five games for Bremen and being dropped from the team this season and being told to find a new club.
Fabrizio Romano, a famous journalist, recently reported that Ferencvaros, a leading club in Hungary, has reached an agreement with Bremen to loan the Guinean national team midfielder for 1 year, with an option to buy included.
The transfer process is now just a matter of signing the contract officially after the player arrived in Hungary and passed his medical and was able to watch the game at Ferencvaros’ stadium on Sunday. ( 123over )
