Hojlund was in fine form, involved in every goal as Manchester United beat Bodo Glimt 3-2 in the Europa League on Thursday.

In this game, Red Devils coach Ruben Amorim adjusted the tactics to a three-man back line, sending Noussair Mazraoui, Matthijs de Ligt and Lisandro Martinez to play together, with Antony and Tyrell Malacia as two wingbacks. 

Hojlund, who plays as a centre forward with Alejandro Garnacho and Mason Mount supporting him on the flanks, said after the game: “I like this three at the back. It reminds me of what I did at Atalanta, playing 3-4-3. I think it suits me really well.”

“Of course it will take time, but today we have seen some patterns and we have to continue to build on it.” 

Meanwhile, Rasmus Hojlund has scored eight goals in 11 European appearances since joining Manchester United last season. ( hotfuns )
