The Spanish left-back was given free transfer permission by Tottenham Hotspur last summer but no serious talks have taken place, meaning Reguilon remains a Spurs player.

Fichajes recently revealed that Getafe are keeping an eye on Reguilon’s situation and the possibility of signing him after the end of the season, as the Spaniard’s contract expires in the middle of next year.

Reguilon has become surplus to requirements for Ange Postecoglou, with the club giving the player the chance to look for a new club, but no club has come forward to negotiate or make a serious interest in the Spanish player.

Spurs are left with little choice but it is believed the London club are prepared to lose Reguilon on a free transfer at the end of the season, with Getafe monitoring the situation. ( Superheng1688 )
