Mundo Deportivo reported on Thursday that Barcelona boss Hansi Flick is in no rush to use Ansu Fati for Sunday’s trip to Girona in the La Liga, despite the 21-year-old forward having returned to training with the team-mates.

Fati has been sidelined with a plantar fasciitis injury since the summer, but the 21-year-old has shown signs of easing his curb after training with the team-mates this week and is likely to be available to face Girona in La Liga on Sunday. 

According to a recent report from Mundo Deportivo, Flick has decided not to risk Fati for Sunday’s game, as the 21-year-old has yet to fully train, so he is not considered for the Girona game, but could return for Thursday’s Champions League trip to Monaco.  ( sunlit1688 )
