Moyes’ side have improved steadily, with the forward taking charge of the club to 21 points from 13 games, securing an early exit from relegation and currently sitting 14th in the table.
“It was a well-deserved win, ” Moyes told Sky Sports.
“I thought we were the better team today, and I don’t say this often, but we deserved the win today. We were the better team, who probably had more chances, and thankfully we got the winner at the end of the game.
“I think we controlled the game well. We tried to improve in many aspects, whether it was playing, keeping the ball better, scoring goals and creating chances. We are doing much better now.
“The players have done a great job, they have worked hard to try and improve. I think the result says it all.” ( bgames666 )
