The 17-year-old is set to shine in the 2024-25 season, as he was named the Premier League’s Player of the Month for October, according to reports from the Sporting News.

His progress has also seen the England Under-19 international join head coach Enzo Maresca’s squad for the Conference League clash with Ghent.  ( vox888 )

However, the highly technical, all-round #6 or #8 midfielder is in the midst of a crucial career decision, having to choose between regular playing time elsewhere or remaining a substitute for the Blues and extending his contract, which expires in the middle of next year. 

The son of former Leicester and West Brom player Lloyd Dyer is said to be on the radar of both domestic and international scouts as he plays for England Under-19s this international break, which includes European Championship qualifiers against Lithuania, Bulgaria and Belgium. 

In the past, Chelsea have often lost their gems in the middle of the season because they were not polished in time. The first was 16 -year- old Rio N’Guhoma who slipped through the cracks and joined fellow league rivals Liverpool.
