The 23-year-old defender has made 34 appearances for Bayer Leverkusen in the 2023/24 season but there are persistent reports that the player could be heading for a new club with a number of clubs keen on his services.

Latest, Sky Sport Germany revealed that the situation of Gossounou is still interesting and may become a point of interest in the last two weeks of the transfer market.

However, the stance of the drugstore is still clear about the offer, which must be in the appropriate criteria, with the media estimating it to be in the range of 30 million euros for the exchange of Kossounou, whose contract ends in mid-2026. 

This has prompted teams monitoring Gossounou’s situation to prepare offers of at least €30 million, as Leverkusen are prepared to reject any offer lower than that.
