Disasi has made 118 appearances for Monaco since joining from Reims in 2020, along with four caps for France.
The 25-year-old, who has signed a contract until 2029, will become Chelsea’s third signing of the summer after Nicholas Jackson and Christopher Nkunku.
It’s good news to continue for Chelsea, as they were previously reported to be closing in on a £23.2million deal for Rennes midfielder Lesley Ugochukwu.
