Last season, Evanilson scored 24 goals in all competitions, including four in the UEFA Champions League.
The two clubs have agreed a fee of €37m plus €10m in add-ons, making it a record fee for Bournemouth, with Porto also including a 10 per cent sell-on clause.
Bournemouth officially announced the deal on Friday, with the 24-year-old signing a five-year contract until 2029, taking over the No. 9 shirt from Solanke.
