Sources say former Detroit Lions boss Jim Caldwell and former Indianapolis Colts head coach Chuck Pagano will be invited to share their vision.
Both have career stints, with Caldwell going 62-50 in the regular season and 2-4 in the post season. He coached the Colts from 2009-11 and the Lions from 2014-17, before moving down to the Baltimore Ravens as offensive coordinator from 2012-13.
Pagano, who has a 53-43 regular season record in six seasons at Lucas Oil Stadium, led the team to the 2014 AFC Conference Final. ( betflikth99 )
