Todd Gurley, the star running back of the Los Angeles Rams, has spoken out through the media in hopes of convincing Odell Beckham Jr., the 25-year-old wide receiver, to join the team after news broke that the Rams were interested in negotiating a trade for ‘OBJ’ from the New York Giants. baconclub66
Gurley, the NFL’s most recent offensive player, told the media he was excited about the idea of bringing OBJ on board because he believes the 25-year-old wide receiver will help the Rams score more points.
“Oh yeah, that’s my guy,” Gurley told the Los Angeles Times. “If we had him, it would be awesome. I’d be happy, (quarterback Jared) Goff would be happy, coach (Sean) McVay would be happy, (owner Stan) Kroenke would be happy too.”
‘I don’t want to say more than that, but that’s my child.’
The Rams are missing their franchise-leading wide receiver, so Beckham Jr. would be the perfect addition to the team’s offense, but Gurley isn’t worried that trading the 25-year-old will reduce his role on the team.
