nuno168 Manchester United head coach Ruben Amorim has confirmed the team will be without two centre-backs for Saturday’s Premier League home game against Nottingham Forest.
Asked about the fitness of Jonny Evans and Victor Lindelof, the Red Devils boss told his pre-match press conference: “Jonny hasn’t trained yet.” nuno168
”Victor is back in training but not ready for Saturday’s game. Maybe he’ll be available for the next game (Victor Plzen in the Europa League on Thursday).”
”Lisandro Martinez and Kobbie [Menu] are back so we’re ready for the game.”
Amorim’s team currently have two players in hospital, with Evans and Luke Shaw the latest.
Lindelof, who has been out with a groin injury, has been training with the squad at Carrington and is working his way back into fitness.
Meanwhile, Martinez and Menu missed the midweek league defeat at Arsenal due to one-match suspensions (accumulated five yellow cards), but are both available for Saturday’s game.
The match will be played on Saturday, December 7th at 12:30 AM Thailand time, broadcast live on True Premier Football 1 and True Premier Football 2. ( nuno168 )
